From the Yale School of Public Health, he completed a master in public health, in Health Policy, with his Preventive Medicine summer fellowship completed at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, under Jennifer Ruger, PhD, herself a protégé of the Nobel Laureate in Economics, Amartya Sen.  Additional masters’ degrees, completed by Dr Gupta, include one in science, in General-Experimental Psychology, as well as one in Business Administration (Finance), from the University of Louisiana, and Hofstra Universities (Hempstead, New York), respectively.”</p>
