<p>I graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong Medical School, formally Shanghai Second Medical University in Shanghai China. All physicians trained in China have to go through hundreds hours of Traditional Chinese Medicine training.&nbsp; This is to prepare all medical doctors to be able to combine Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine in their future practice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>After I came to the US, I went through many years of preparing for USMLE, internship and residency, today, I have been practicing pain management in California for over 20 years.&nbsp; With opioid epidemic in the US, acupuncture is my first line of choice to manage pain.&nbsp;</p><p></p><p>Comparing to most of pain medications, acupuncture works faster and lasts longer.&nbsp; More importantly, it treats the roots of the problem.&nbsp; With backgrounds both in Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine I differentiate myself from rest of pain doctors.&nbsp; I feel I am the most fortunate doctor in the world because my patients get better.&nbsp; Remember that the true wealth in this world is health.&nbsp;</p>
