Pamela Q. Fernandes

<p>Pamela is a doctor by day and an author by night. She considers herself a perpetual traveler. She was born to Indian parents in Kuwait. During the First Gulf War, she moved to India with her family. Then returned to Kuwait for the remainder of her school years.<br/>She graduated with a medical degree from the Philippines where she says it was absolutely wonderful meeting and studying with Filipinos, Koreans and Chinese people. She fell in love with their cuisine &amp; culture. Following that she has traveled to and lived in Delhi, Mumbai, Goa New York, Houston and Oman. Her goal is to visit each of the places she has read about in the books she loves.<br/>She writes romantic suspense, women's fiction and short stories. 'Seoul-mates' is her first published novella.<br/>It is largely based on her interactions with her Korean friends.<br/>After publishing short stories in several anthologies, she decided to write her first Christian non-fiction book, 'Ten Reminders for the Christian Unemployed,' based on her personal experiences.<br/>When she isn't writing, she's reading, baking brownies or struggling to learn the keyboard.</p>
