Peter Dre was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Queens. He has a love for poetry and adventure, but he also loves a good horror story.

He's a fan of the classic Twilight Zone and loves modern favorites like the show called "Creep Out" and "Black Mirror". Peter Dre read good books, such as Dean Koontz's "Twilight Eyes" and R.L. Stine's "Stay Out of the Basement". He fell in love with stories from Aron Beauregard, "Playground," and K.R. Alexander, "The Collector," one and two.

Peter Dre hopes you find his stories among the great classics in horror adventure books for kids. Thus, this is why we call the Da City Kids Chronicles the modern-day version of Goosebumps with a Twilight Zone twist.

I hope you enjoy a good scare and a good read. He's one of the writers at The Moving Pen.
