<p>ABOUT THE AUTHOR</p><p> Kay Anderson Gay is a retired Registered Dietitian living in northwest Arkansas. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at the age of fifty. She has assisted in the coordination of several Parkinson’s awareness events over the years. Her appreciation for nature coupled with her desire to stay active and productive is cultivated by activities such as camping, canoeing, photography, crystal jewelry-making, artwork and learning something new as often as possible.</p>
