RIX QUINN is a former trade magazine editor who developed a simple way to write news stories and features in 200 words or less. In the last 25 years he has refined that system, <br><br>This simplified technique allowed him to put more stories in less space. And, he soon took the idea to newspapers and radio. He has formerly written a one-minute humor feature for a radio network. <br><br>Today his work focuses in two areas. He writes a weekly humor freature for over 100 newspapers. And, he develops radio-style, recorded Minute Messages for trade and industrial magazines.<br><br>Rix holds a B.A. from Texas Christian University, and a M.A. from California State University. <br>
