Dr. Dominique Douglas Hendricks

Dominique Douglas Hendricks, DBA, is a visionary whose multifaceted career spans ministry, arts education, and strategic leadership. Ordained in the five-fold ministry, Dominique seamlessly integrates faith, creativity, and community empowerment to foster environments where individuals and organizations can thrive.<br><br>With nearly 15 years of professional experience in theater, production, management, and administration, she currently serves in the Office of Dean at the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts and as an Instructor in the Department of Theatre Arts at Howard University. In these roles, she mentors and equips students for success across the arts, nonprofit, and private sectors.<br>​​​​​​​<br>Dr. Hendricks' academic background includes a BA in Theater Administration from North Carolina Central University, an MSA in Nonprofit Management from Trinity Washington University, and a Doctor of Business Administration from National University.
