From a young age, she was creating characters across the globe in message-board role-playing games; this was her first taste of the wonders of writing. She found herself lost in the dance of text and how expressive she could be, delighting in lyrical descriptors that made her heart both sing and melt into tears.<br><strong>I</strong>ntrigued by the battle of love, loss, and darkness, Emma finds herself drawn to write books that revolve around the complex feelings and traumas that can plague us; unwrapping the coarse lies we tell ourselves to find our inner truth.<br><em>"I truly could not imagine a life without words.
