Jeremiah Journey owns one of the largest cattle ranches in Wyoming. <br>He worked alongside his older brother Jacob until Jacob's death in August 2024. <br>Riding beside Jacob, they talked many times about writing a Western. Jacob would say, "You're the one with the imagination, so, you should be the one to write it." <br>Jerry decided if a Western was going to be written, he was going to have to write it. <br>He dedicates all his novels to his brother Jacob Journey.
