Raghubir Kintisch

My name is Raghubir and I am both a yogi and an artist. The artist and educator Robert Filliou said "For me, artistic activity is a spiritual activity that all artists practice." I couldn't agree more.

I am a multi-disciplinary artist and I am always exploring the confluence of art and yoga. In all my different kinds of projects (which include studio art, social practice, and teaching both art and yoga) I emphasize that with yogic technology at its core, creativity and art-making have the potential to transform individual and group consciousness. In other words, to ultimately change the world...whether you consider yourself an artist or not.

I've been "writing" this book for many years. It's gone through multiple iterations and it's content has found it's way into all the classes and workshops I teach both as an art educator and a yoga instructor/trainer. Yogic technology informs everything I do both in and out of the art studio. Since yogic technology is such a valuable tool for transformation and creativity, I feel it is essential to include yogic curriculum in schools, workplaces, and institutions. This book takes the position that everyone is creative, and that your power, influence, and happiness is ultimately dependent on how you access and manage this natural energy flow.
