<p>Kent is the middle of three sons born to Herbert and Norma Tolliver. He grew up in New Haven, Indiana, a small town in the northeastern part of the state.</p><p>A graduate of Indiana University, Kent began his career in the field of social work and children's services. For the past 26+ years of his career, he was employed in private industry as a Human Resources professional, retiring in 2015 to enjoy the true passion in his life - his family.</p><p>Kent has been joyfully married to his beautiful wife Katie for over 30 years and is the proud father of three children and seven (as of this writing, soon to be eight) wonderful grandchildren.</p><p>The life of a retiree not only allowed Kent to bask in the joy of his family, but also gave him time to pursue his long held passion of writing; specifically fiction. After receiving professional instruction in creative writing, he has authored several short stories and his first novel - WHEN ANGELS FALL.</p>
