<p>The author has been deemed an expert on chemical, biological, and radiological (CBR) personal protection in the emergency management field, holding positions as a Civil Defense Director, a Civilian Disaster Preparedness Officer for the U.S. Air Force and as a Federal Emergency Coordinator. During his career, he provided CBR expertise and support to five U.S. Presidents.</p>
