ABlanca De La Rosa is the daughter of Dominican immigrants who grew up in the Manhattan projects at a time when the Latino community had yet to find its collective voice. Navigating cultural and linguistic barriers without guidance, she persevered—earning a bachelor’s degree in international business management from Pace University and building a distinguished 34‑year career rising through the ranks of Mobil and later ExxonMobil.<br>Throughout her corporate journey, De La Rosa held roles of increasing responsibility across the United States, Europe, Central and South America, and Nigeria. As a business development manager and president of ExxonMobil’s Employee Resource Group, she represented the company at the Hispanic Heritage Foundation’s Regional and National Scholarship Awards and frequently served as host, keynote speaker, and panelist at events supported by the company’s charitable foundation. Of all her responsibilities, she found her greatest fulfillment in mentoring junior employees—helping them navigate corporate life, claim their voice, and rise with confidence.<br>After retiring from ExxonMobil, De La Rosa expanded her mission of empowerment beyond the corporate world. Today, she writes and speaks on resilience, leadership, and personal transformation, blending practical strategies with inner wisdom and spiritual grounding.
