Sandra Gauthier

Although Sandra Gauthier was born in Quebec, Canada, thanks to her parents’ high sense of adventure that revolved around tropical countries, she grew up between her home in Quebec, Honduras and Cameroon.<br><br>She moved to Kingston, Ontario for three months to learn English following her graduation from Laval University but fell in love with the city and never really left other than a six years stay in England during which she wrote the first version of The Fat Avenger in French. She still lives in Kingston, where she’s had a fulfilling career at the Language Centre of the Royal Military College of Canada since 2005.<br><br>Sandra fell in love with books while reading the French translation of Stephen King’s book collection as a teenager and aspired to become an author that could play as effectively with words in both the two languages she now masters and writes in. She loves everything about books, so much so that she is currently studying in Publishing from Toronto Metropolitan University.<br><br>Avid reader, eternal learner, and career teacher, she plans to publish both fiction and language learning nonfiction books for many years to come.
