<p>Joakim Lloyd Raboff was born in Santa Monica, California, in 1963. He has been a freelance writer, filmmaker, photographer, and visual arts consultant for the majority of his professional life.</p><p>As a teenager in the late 1970s, Joakim relocated to his mother's native Sweden, but he has also lived and worked in Spain, Thailand, Portugal, as well as in his native USA.</p><p>Joakim has produced and contributed to dozens of books, and his portfolio showcases a variety of creative projects commissioned by Swedish and international brands and organizations, including the United Nations in New York.</p><p>Each project is a reflection of Joakim's deep engagement with the subjects he focuses on.</p><p>His own personal experiences with aging played a pivotal role in the creation of this book.</p>
