Cally Sharp hails from the great white north, where there's not a whole lot to do in the winter but pick up a pen.</p>

A gardener and a dabbling painter, she spends most of her time in front of a keyboard with a mug of spiced tea at her elbow. Her pet bird contends that the keyboard belongs to him. She enjoys peaches, the spaces between mountains, cherry pie, and curling up with a good book.</p>
