Lara Lanson loves history and has always been interested in the Regency period. After working for most of her professional life in London, Lara now lives on the Sussex coast, near Brighton, which is famous for its Regency Squares and the Royal Pavilion, the Prince Regent's seaside home. Lara spends her free time enjoying the beach and walking in the beautiful countryisde. An Unusual Betrothal is her first historical romance. Lara has also published two novels under the name of Lucy Andrews in which she explores her other passion for science fiction.
