After several years of working in the banking and finance industry, Ingrid decided to pursue a career in scientific research. She became a senior biostatistician at BIAL Pharmaceuticals in Portugal, where her clinical trials and statistical analyses were published in several scientific articles. Today, Ingrid is an educator and consultant on mathematics and statistics. She also researches artificial technology and its applications in business and education, with a particular interest in how to improve education for children and young adults with AI.
