I’m a writer, artist, and digital content creator based in Colchester, UK.<br><br>The driving force behind all my projects is a curiosity to discover more about our world, universe, and all the other creatures that share this mystery of life. Reading Richard Dawkin’s <em>The Selfish Gene</em> in 2007 (some 30 years after release - how slow am I?) led me to a renewed passion for science in particular.<br><br>I believe scientific enquiry to be the best tool at our disposal when trying to understand ourselves and our environment - from the workings of our inner minds to the potential for alternate universes - with as little bias as humanly possible. Of course, being a writer, I also have a great interest in our stories and beliefs. They tell us much about who we are and how we have come to be, both as groups and individuals.<br><br>But it is the intersection and friction between science and storytelling that truly fascinates me. It is this that led me to write <em>The Misadventures of Stank and Bohdrum</em> series, exploring this relationship through their unique brand of retrofuturistic mysteries.<br>
