<p>Helene Hennelly has been licensed to practice law since 1971 and holds both a Juris Doctor (JD) and Master of Laws (LLM). She practiced law in the St. Louis area for many years and became the General Counsel and Senior Vice-President of a New York stock exchange company. She is retired and living in Santa Fe, New Mexico.</p>
