<p>A Jill of all trades, author Diana Stevan worked as a clinical social worker, but also as a teacher, librarian, model, actress and a sports writer-broadcaster for CBC television. She’s published newspaper articles, poetry, a short story, a novelette and three novels: <em><strong>A Cry From The Deep</strong></em>, romantic mystery/adventure; <em><strong>The Rubber Fence, </strong></em>women's fiction, and <em><strong>Sunflowers Under Fire.</strong></em></p>
<p><em><strong>Sunflowers Under Fire</strong>, </em>historical fiction, was a finalist for the 2019 Whistler Independent Book Awards, and a semi-finalist for the 2019 Kindle Book Awards, Literary Fiction category.</p>
<p>With two daughters grown, Diana lives with her husband Robert on Vancouver Island and West Vancouver, British Columbia.</p>
