Louise Forster grew up in a Victorian country town just outside Mebourne Ausralia. She ran barefoot along dirt roads and loved looking through the leaves of tall eucalypts at the azure summer skies. Always a dreamer, she wrote her first story in primary school. Eventually, she grew up, and the country town became a suburb of Melbourne. These days Louise lives on the far north coast of New South Wales on a small property five minutes from the Pacific Ocean.

Louise won a Romance Writers of Australia award in 2000, and third place in a US competition the, Charter Oaks Romance Writers in 2008. Her first book was published by Harlequin Escape Publishing in 2013. In 2017 two of her books, Home Truths and Tumble Creek, reached the bestseller list on Amazon Australia.
