<p><strong>Kate Hudson-Hall is a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, podcaster, and author of &#8220;Bulimia Sucks!&#8221; and her new award-winning, best-selling book &#160;"Anxiety Hacks.&#8221; With self-help proven techniques, tools and tips to break challenging behaviors connected to anxiety. </strong></p><p><strong>At the age of 18, she began her anxious bulimic career in earnest! After sexual abuse and fifteen years with an eating disorder she eventually freed herself from the clutches of bulimia. She then stepped out and decided to take a different bulimic pathway. Feeling the great need to help others as she had been helped. She has spent the last two decades working as an anxiety psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Program) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner.</strong></p><p><strong>Wanting to reach out further than just her immediate clientele, Kate decided to write this book, pouring into it all she has learned and experienced in helping others with anxiety. </strong></p><p><strong>Kate lives and works in London and occasionally escapes to spend summers enjoying the views from the middle of a field on her land in Cornwall, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.</strong></p><p><strong>Kate once spoke to the late Queen on the telephone, by accident, who wanted to know if she was &#8220;The General Public&#8221;. . . she had to come clean. . . and admit it!</strong></p>
