Dr. Lee Carter is an author, consultant, and seasoned leader whose passion lies in cultivating transformational leadership rooted in community, dignity, and collaboration. He is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Imago Leadership Consulting, LLC, where he equips leaders and organizations to foster ethical and missional impact across cultures and contexts. Originally from Billings, Montana, Lee now resides in the southern suburbs of Chicago. He finds joy in reading theology and stories that stir the imagination, as well as writing, golfing, biking, walking, traveling, and amateur photography.
