Nzondi

Nzondi (Ace Antonio-Hall) is an American urban fantasy and horror writer. He was born Acemandese Nzondi Hall in Queens, New York on July 4th. In 2013, his debut horror novel, <em>Confessions of Sylva Slasher</em>, was published by Montag Press. His science fiction/horror mystery, <em>Oware Mosaic</em>, is the 2019 Bram Stoker Awards Winner for Superior Achievement in a Young Adult Novel, making him the first&nbsp;African-American&nbsp;to win the prestigious award in a novel category.&nbsp;<br>Nzondi’s non-fiction book, <em>Lord of the Flies: Fitness for Writers</em>, that shares his weight-loss tactics used for optimal health, and his YA zombie novel, <em>Lipstick Asylum</em> (<em>The Girl Who Could Raise the Dead</em>), were both originally published by Omnium Gatherum Media.&nbsp;A former Director of Education for NYC schools and the Sylvan Learning Center, the award-winning educator earned a BFA from Long Island University, and currently lives bi-coastal in Los Angeles and New York.<br>​​​​​​​<br>Follow Nzondi on&nbsp;Instagram&nbsp;/&nbsp;TikTok&nbsp;/&nbsp;Facebook&nbsp;/&nbsp;Twitter&nbsp;for news about his upcoming projects.
