Pheonicia Williamson

I was born to Phoenix & Mae Jessie Williamson in Flint, Michigan. My mother and I moved back to her hometown of Waynesboro, Mississippi, when I was 3 years old. I grad?uated from Beat Four High School in 1988. I started college that fall. The journey of college last for 12 years which I endured various trials by physical sickness and other stumbling blocks. The biggest trial was having a stroke when I was at William Carey College, which caused me to lose the ability to read, write and speak. While working on getting those abilities back, God started putting some other things in my spirit. After years of rehabilitation, the abilities came back. When those abilities returned, I returned to college and got my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in counseling.

The thing that God was dealing with me about was preaching the Gospel. I accepted the call into Ministry to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 1999. I started in ministry, working with the youth at the church. Years later I became Youth Pastor. I was ordained an Elder a couple of years after that. The journey that I was so afraid of is now the Love of my existence.

The journey has produced LEGACY of LOVE Production Company. The Legacy of Love company that was inspired by the concept my mother live by, “helping other eventually helps you”. The company deals with doing counseling services, Motivational Speaking, and Inspirational T-shirts. Preaching and teaching the Gospel inspires me and I believe my calling is to inspire others.
