Harris is a wife and mother who has successfully served as a public educator and Christian minister for over twenty years. <br>Since graduating from the Shabach School of Ministry, Los Angeles in 1996, Mikela has worked as a teacher, preacher, and biblical counselor. In the drama arena, she ministers as an actor, playwright, and fiction writer. <br>After her husband, Chris suffered a debilitating stroke in 2010, Mikela became his caregiver and learned how to truly walk with God. She holds a BA in Film Production, a MS in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy and a M.Ed. in Principal Leadership. Founder of Writestanding Publications, Mikela now shares her experiences of faith, love, forgiveness and hope through her books. <br>Mikela now lives in Las Vegas, NV.
