<p> Victor Edward Galt</p><p>I was born in the late forties in Texas.</p><p>That makes Vietnam my war.</p><p>Those that served are my brothers and sisters.</p><p>Too many of them didn’t make it home.</p><p>Many that did come home were broken,</p><p>some physically, others psychologically.</p><p>I’ve seen too many give up and die well before their time.</p><p>I plead with you, don’t give up, don’t quit.</p><p>I promise you, I will never say,</p><p>“I can’t do this anymore.”</p>
