<p>Rolito S. Salmo is a full-time faculty member of The Technological University of the Philippines Visayas in the Electronics Technology Department. His 27 years of college teaching experience has given him knowledge in handling and managing varied student personalities. He obtained his Master of Engineering degree major in Electronics and Communications Engineering at the De La Salle University (DLSU), Manila, Philippines.</p>
