A devoted mom and healthcare provider, she brings a deep well of empathy and real-world insight to character-driven stories that center mental health representation and LGBTQ+ inclusivity.</span></p><p><span>Growing up, Jeannin read voraciously across fantasy, romance, and even horror, often staying up far too late with a flashlight hidden under her covers. That love of immersive, emotionally charged storytelling now fuels her passion for crafting rich high fantasy worlds where love is complicated, darkness lingers around every corner, and families are formed through bonds forged in tragedy.</span></p><p><span>When she isn't caring for patients or at her writing desk, Jeannin can be found curled up with a good book, drinking a cup of coffee, or chasing her children around. Sometimes all three at once (yes, it's possible). She is based on the beautiful coast of California with her spouse and two young sons.</span></p>
