<p>Suzie Nicks grew up in rural Michigan as a voracious reader and daydreamer. She joined the Army at 17 to be a Healthcare specialist. After 8 years of service, a deployment, and lots of cool guy things later, she and her husband moved to Alaska to work in civilian healthcare and raise their family. She is currently writing to give her imagination an outlet as a Stay-At-Home Mom.</p>
