<p><em>C. F. Harret is a former medical intern. After experiencing two psychotic episodes, one of which was caused by the immense pressure and stress of COVID-19, he decided to part ways with the field he loved so dearly and had prepared eight years for. </em></p><p><em>He did, however, start to do the one thing he had planned for four years, but hadn’t been able to because of his busy schedule working in the hospital: write a science fiction novel. </em></p><p><em>He is a big fan of movie franchises like Star Wars and Alien, both of which were inspirations for his own science fiction story, Stellar Civilization. He is also a fan of video games with great plots, like Fallout and Portal. </em></p><p><em>He has a degree in medicine.</em></p>
