John Turnure is an American author and translator who grew up in Latin America and Europe. After completing a bachelor’s degree in languages at Georgetown University and a master’s in international relations at Johns Hopkins University, he embarked upon an international career that took him and his family to Central America and Southeast Asia for many years.<br><br>When he’s not writing and translating novels, John translates articles for the English-language editions of several Latin American media outlets.
