<strong>Darryl Pickett</strong> is a former Walt Disney Imagineer and show writer, He currently consults for the themed entertainment industry, but started out as an enthusiastic creator of music and theatrical works. His first novel, <em>The Secret Feast of Father Christmas</em>, appeared in 2011, while his first published drama, <strong>Blood of Nosferatu, </strong>goes back to 1996. (Since revised) Much of his subsequent catalog will soon be appearing from Odsmil Press.<br><br>His play <em>Analog</em>, a time portal homage to vinyl and J.S. Bach, premiered in 2018. He has composed the score for a rock musical, <em><strong>Trollop</strong></em>, which premieres in early 2023. <br><br>He was involved in the early development of Disney's Animal Kingdom, and has done much work with interactive and educational projects around animals and conservation. His personal storytelling impulse, while useful to these efforts, has always needed an outlet. He credits his restless and sometimes contrary points of view for the multi-facted nature of his works.
