<p>Ruth has coached in her direct selling business for fifteen years, supporting people to build a business that fitted in with their family life and other commitments. The self–development she explored through that gave her a grounding to help Katharine when she first became ill. The experience they shared led Ruth to take a coaching qualification and she has been working with individuals and groups ever since.</p>
