<p>Married with three children, I'm a quiet guy with a goofy sense of humor. I live in Wisconsin but have traveled the world, living in Japan for three years when I was a child. I draw from a lifetime of experience with diverse cultures and regions when writing.<br/><br/>For two decades, I worked in the high-tech industry as an award-winning technical writer and was the Program Manager for the Wisconsin chapter of the Society for Technical Communications before I switched to writing fiction. I am a co-founder of the Waunakee Writers Group and regularly speak to groups and travel.<br/><br/>I used to have a passion for playing 'full-contact' volleyball but spent too much time limping around in a cast afterwards. Now, I can be found reading, writing, playing guitar, or talking to the water.</p>
