About the author

Lisa Andrew

I write about the kind of choices people don’t want to make, but are obsessed with. Those moments where doing the right thing is the hardest option on the table. Every decision shapes who we are, good or bad, and my characters are no different. They're flawed, messy, emotional, and painfully human. Their emotions become your emotions. If they feel it, the reader feels it.

I love a good plot twist, even if that means the predictable ending is out the window. Life isn’t tidy and my stories aren’t either. I’ll push you through turn after turn with the character, revealing the truth only when it’s ready to hit.

My stories combine emotional tension, psychological depth, and heat that actually matters to the story. The intimacy in my books aren't just an embellishment, it exposes who my characters really are and pushes their arc forward. Every scene earns its place, and the explicit ones carry just as much weight as the rest.

When I’m not writing emotional chaos, trauma, or morally sticky situations, you can usually find me watching or reading equally dark stories, inhaling cookies, or pretending cooking doesn’t exist.
