About the author
Mthokozisi Nkosi
Mthokozisi Nkosi hails from Mpumalanga Province and spent his childhood between two small townships, Volksrust and Perdekop. In 2000, he relocation to Gauteng Province to live with his late father and completed his matriculation there. His interests include digital marketing; he studied for an eMarketing qualification at the University of South Africa, and also got Google certified on the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. In addition to writing, blogging, reading, and and content creation, he enjoys public speaking and was once an active member of Toastmasters International.

Mr. Nkosi describes himself as being young, energetic, and always full of life. He feels fulfilled by educating, motivating, inspiring, mentoring, coaching, and helping others to realise their full potential. His priority is providing selfless service to those in need of help and advice.

After eight years working as a claims administrator for a freight forwarding and supply chain company, he started to realise that he hadn’t progressed at all and had been doing the same thing for all those years. There were no prospects for growth, and on top of that, he had no passion for the work he was engaged in. Then, one day, while he was reading a book by Jim Rohn, he came across a quote which read, “We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret”. Right there and then, Mthokozisi’s life changed. It all began with making one important decision. He decided that “enough is enough” so he took charge of his life and regained control. He resigned from his job, and founded Live2Elevate Motivation.

Mtho's journey is rooted in one belief: Growth is not accidental, it is intentional.

Through writing, speaking, and strategic marketing, he helps people move from knowing what they want to doing what it takes to achieve it.

Like many people, he reached a point where he had to confront comfort, fear, and uncertainty head-on. That moment became the foundation of his work today. Mthokozisi began documenting lessons on mindset, discipline, and personal responsibility — not as theory, but as lived experience. Those lessons became books. The books became conversations. The conversations became platforms for change.
Over time, his work expanded beyond personal growth into digital strategy and brand communication, helping individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations clarify their message and grow their influence online.

Today, he stands at the intersection of:
- Mindset and execution
- Purpose and performance
- Personal growth and digital visibility

Whether he's writing, speaking, or consulting, his work is designed to move people from insight to action.
