After an Economics degree (at Australian National University, Canberra), Peter taught at several high schools. He attended the Reformed Theological College in Geelong, graduated with a BD Hons, and was ordained to the Christian ministry in 1982. He served 27 years as a Pastor and Preacher, including 20 years teaching Homiletics at Theological College. Peter is married to Lesley and has 2 adult daughters and 4 grandchildren. He retired to the Sunshine Coast in 2009.
