<p>Jacob Moon is an indie author from Clearwater, Florida. A U.S army vetaran and current corrections officer assigned to a large county jail, he draws much of the basis for this book on those experiences. He has two adult children, who each march to the beat of their own drum. Among other things, he enjoys sports, great food, travel, and when possible, combining all three. He has published short stories in both national and international magazines and plans on completing a story anthology in the near future. <em>Furlough</em> is his first novel.
