<strong>Jeannette van Uffelen </strong>(1959) is an author, researcher and behavioural specialist with 40 years of experience in helping children and adults from all over the world, who has earned her spurs in the field of healing from emotional pain, anxiety and trauma. She worked in crisis care, child protection, vocational training centres and addiction services, before she started her own practice as an entrepreneur in 2003. She studied Applied Integral Psychology and is an advanced certified professional and trainer in ICT, social skills, empowerment, reprogramming, DNA healing, hypnosis and EFT tapping.<br><strong>She offers her services</strong> in individual sessions, workshops and retreats in several European countries; Greece, Norway, Denmark, France, England, The Netherlands and online.<br><strong>Her greatest passion</strong> is teaching people how to apply relaxation techniques on themselves (at the time it is most necessary, also called: in the heat of the moment). So you can instantly release the effects of trauma. She makes this practically simple to apply. She is from The Netherlands, so her books are also available in Dutch.<br>
