Aside from his professional achievements, he is devoted to his extended family, cherishing time with his granddaughters. He enjoys volunteering in the community and has a passion for music, particularly classical, jazz, and movie soundtracks. <em>A Letter Unwritten</em> is Randy's first book, a heartfelt reflection on life's challenges and triumphs.</p>
