Levant Dönmez

Levant Dönmez is an independent transdisciplinary researcher and author of the Digital Age's first [and only] techno-mythological hard science fiction saga, Secrets of the Cosmos. Based in Upper Mesopotamia, the historical cradle of civilization, he draws inspiration from the cyclical history of lost civilizations and the untold mysteries of the cosmos.<br>With a professional background in the health sector and a lifetime dedicated to interdisciplinary research, Dönmez has developed over 90 theoretical projects ranging from energy systems to astrophysics. His Fiction-Science philosophy integrates real-world coordinates and cutting-edge AI collaboration into his narrative, challenging the boundaries between reality and storytelling.<br>His debut novel, The Fall of Humanity (2025), written in the spring of 2022, faced rejection from 186 traditional publishers over four years. Undeterred, he launched the work independently on November 30, 2025. This hybrid rebellion strategy resulted in a global footprint: translated into 8 languages within 7 months, the work is now archived in over 92,000 library platforms, including the Pentagon Library and the Harvard Public Library system. The audiobook is narrated by Jackson, an Apple AI—a deliberate paradox: a saga about AI's rise, voiced by AI itself.<br>Recent works include the saga sequel Ascension (2026) and two open-access papers on Zenodo: The Meaning Machine: Who Makes the Leap from Zero to One?
