I really enjoyed this short read by Laura. It's well written and the characters are people that you want to invest your time in. Especially Oakley and Justin, the two main characters. Who we follow from the start Oakley bakes the cupcakes for Justin's sisters wedding. But things don't go to plan with the cakes, as they are infused with emotion. They are supposed to be infused with wedded bliss, but that isn't what they make Justin feel when he does a taste test. And that is because Oakley had a visit from someone unexpected while she was making the cakes, and that emotion got infused instead. Justin helps Oakley by covering for her so she can sort it out. I'd recommend this book for a short romantic read. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

The first book in the Broomstick Bakery series and after reading this book I know I will be reading the rest of this series. Oakley and Justin meet when she is baking for his sister's wedding, and something is wrong with the cupcakes. I enjoyed seeing them get their happy ending. I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
