Cages and walls fall down
Great ending to a really interesting view on vampires! Chloe is the novice spy who thinks with her emotions but does a
wonderful job. Oscar seems like the innocent human trying to make Blood City better for all but turns out he's a spy too!
An accident in book 2 finds Oscar turned and as a new vamp he ends up getting caught and sent to the cage fights.
Chloe feeling all kinds of guilty meets with Catherine to work on a plan to get Oscar out of the cages. Things actually go to plan and things are beginning to work in their favor. The city falls and a new chapter in Chloe and Oscar's life is about to unfold. Hopefully we'll read about Catherine and Benedict in other books.

The Final Battle
This is the final book in the City of Blood Trilogy. Chloe was sent to the city by Dimitri as a spy. Her mission is to find a way to get rid of the evil mayor and free the city from her tyranny. Chloe met Oscar and has fallen for him. She is devastated when he is captured. He has been sent to be in the cage fights. She has to rescue him. She seeks help from Catherine. Will she be able to rescue him? Can Chloe admit her feelings for Oscar? Catherine and Oscar are sweet together and hopefully they can find their happily ever after. This was a good action story. There is suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat. I am looking forward to reading more books in this world that the author has created. She has great characters that you will see again in her Obscure World.
